"The Quest Classic - Islands of Ice and Fire" serves as a notable expansion to the original "The Quest Classic," immersing players in a meticulously crafted, hand-drawn universe brimming with intrigue, magic, and formidable challenges. This expansion allows players to continue their journey with existing characters or experience it independently, should they not own the base game.

In this installment, players assume the role of a Kingdom Agent tasked with uncovering the origins of a mysterious illness that has ravaged the icy island of Thule and now poses a threat to the fiery Eldfell. The journey across these deceptively beautiful realms demands strategic thinking and adept gaming skills to navigate an array of new challenges that test morality as well as skill.

The expansion enriches the gameplay experience with several enhancements:

 <li>Over 30 hours of additional content</li>
 <li>New monsters featuring unique graphics, abilities, and properties</li>
 <li>A new weapon type: crossbow, along with its ammunition, crossbow bolts</li>

For players seeking access to new regions (not applicable for standalone gameplay), visiting Mithria harbor and conversing with Captain Hanty will initialize travel to "The Quest Isle." It is advisable to attain at least level 14 before engaging with the challenges that await on the isles.
